PMT has two production bases in Suzhou: one is for portable products, and the other is for CMM products. The principle PMT based on while deciding the site is to ensure the integrated service of R&D, production, sales and after-sales. The base for portable CMM covers an area of 3,000 square meters, with many world-class grinding machines, lathes, machine tools and other processing equipment, as well as vibration test benches, cold and hot shock boxes, high and low temperature test chambers and other inspection and testing equipment. It is currently the production base with the highest degree of intelligence and the most advanced process equipment.
In order to ensure the CMM precision during production process, PMT has investigated a number of sites which away from elevated highway, train tracks, and false foundations, and set up the second manufacturing base for CMM production. The CMM production base has an annual production capacity of more than 500 units.
